This patch is from NM-Veka, the Norwegian National Championships.   NM is short for "Norgesmesterskap", meaning "Norwegian Championship".  "Veka" means "week".   According to Denial (who explained this to me), "NM-Veka is an event with national championships in over 40 lesser known or smaller sports, to maximize coverage and have a combined PR effort. Our national broadcaster sends the finals live on TV for the various sports throughout the week. It's modeled after the Swedish SM-Veka, which is also about sports."
